Prenatal, Postnatal & Beyond

 

In Person Private Lessons- $120 for 1-1.5 hrs

Virtual Private Lesson- $75 for 1-1.5 hrs

Small groups (up to 3 students)- $160 for 1-1.5 hr class (In Person)

15% discount / single session for doula clients.

Please note: Travel fee of $20 for outside of Marin

No matter if you are in the prenatal period, postnatal period, or years beyond, yoga is beneficial for both physical and mental well-being.
